Every1 has been thru those phases. I've quit the game multiple times after goin on losing streaks.
I think my highest losing streak was like 14 games ish, silver 2 to silver 5.
Eventually I finally understood that the only thing that you can affect is your own performance.

If you dont feed, their team has a higher chance of getting a feeder than you (5 potential feeders > 4 potential feeders), so just think of it like that.
If you dont feed, you'll eventually climb, just basic math.

That could help you with some vision (cannot tell your wards placed each game).

What you do to cleany get yourself out of low elo, assuming you do have the skills to go up ranks and stay there, is play uncommon picks(off-meta) that are both strong enough to do well early and make a difference mid to late. The simple fact is that if you pick something meta, your enemies usually know what to expect from you.

Even if it is a normal, that moment when you smack your lane so hard (8 kills).. and 7 kills get swooped away (clear ks -> ult / ignite combos)... you still lose cause botlane sucked balls, kind of like the rest of the team. Only Satan was useful with shrooms (ksed a quadra xD).
