I would personally get pd instead of bt, more attack speed and more crits, you did a good job building botrk (half way through) but however I wouldnt have gotten spirit visage for fizz since he already isnt fed and basically just weak, get youmuu's instead of it

if top, just replace the jungle item with botrk
