Punishments will rapidly escalate for those who don’t reform. Here’s how it works:
First offense: 10 game chat restriction
Second offense: 25 game chat restriction
Third offense: 2 week ban
Fourth offense: Permanent ban

(so no new ranked/chat ban or game ban after June 2015)

alright so i've picked varus mid for the first time ever, we were playing 4v5 since the beginning of the game, i've dominated this mid and then they decided to sit mid in order to kill me..... but yeah we took 5 drakes and 2 barons and still won 8D



also i've stole the drake with a blind Q, drake wasn't even warded, nor the surrounded area was .
