Lucian is so strong right now, pretty much free elo if you can play him right with the korean build :p

He was as strong last patch..
The only difference why it is a bigger hype now is that black cleaver is like 300~400 gold cheaper as before.
So it is cheaper to get black cleaver with ghostblade instead of essence reaver with phantom dancer (if I am correct).

Same build should apply for MF .

Simple research kappa, I do it when people spam a new champion which can be annoying as fk just because people want to abuse something new.
People are abusers.

Imo some people still like the crit build more over armor pen, but I really think it also has to do if the enemy does build armor/have tanks.
The best part of the build is that it does not have any impact on his cooldown build (30% from the build, 30% for pen build), if only rito adjusted it with 10% :c.
