Most played champion [in pro play] during November-March is probably going to get a Victorious skin next year.
Graves was meta last year but barely seen the past 1-2 splits? Skin probably takes a couple of months to design and create...

Honor is based on how good you play... they should have called it 'MVP' rather than honor. Most toxic players can be lv.5 honor easily (even Tyler1 xD)
