I would assume;
Kdr+assists, win/lose ratio, grade with champ. Is there anyhing else?

Only based on MMR (which is hidden) and your winrate.

Soft reset = (last season mmr + 1200) / 2 = 0-0 placement MMR

I went 7-3 on NA and got Silver 3 (probably cause I only did ranked in season 3 and hit that Bronze 1?)...
