no it isnt u only get to use champions that have skins related to snow/ice in urf (unless jhin has something related but i dont think so)

Nope you can't play jhin on ARURF. It's snowdown themed so only champions with winter skins are allowed, which are ~40 so expect to see same champs every game, and some champs have larger variables so they are more likely to be chosen.

I'm disappointed in this URF, old one was much better where you could ban out broken champions and had 120+ champs to pick from. Now it all depends on luck for whichever team gets the most broken champions

Seeing Veigar every game is fun... getting one shot after just 10 mins of stacking with 0 counterplay. So much fun.

I like the idea behind the theme, but the results are bad (too little variety).

Edit: It is only fun for like 5 games at most.
