assassins are still playable tbh its just a matter of how you play the assassin, the only problem is that most players only play zed as assassin in the midlane which makes ur team most likely full ad cuz no one in low elo cares about that and it makes u lose the game xd

if u wanna play a decent assassin just play zoe lul shes stupidly op atm

have to agree with the fact zoe is extremely op.. but she is also easily countered, and while i just play low elo people that play zoe mostly suck
