just took whatever offensive item was recommended on yasuo

you dont need to build armor pen, your ult grants you that and even more than the items
you dont need attack speed boots, in your case you needed tenacity
you dont need lord dom because your ult again as i said gives you armor pen

your generic build would be either statik into ie or pd into ie, then bt if you're snowballing otherwise you wanna take bork if you're behind, then your last few items are situational

seeing as he was against 3 pretty tanky champs extra penetration is not that bad to get, its only that the other last whisper item was probably the better option cuz they dont have a lot of healing
