I love him but I suck with him, tried him a few times and he isnt going to work for me especially in the new jungle, and that 10 lp probably a bug

thats true, the blue wolves red or vice versa pathing for jungle was great, i dont know why they changed it so that you need to do this now:
blue 2 little wolves wraiths then red to get level 3, and even then you have lots of hp missing so you cant gank at all, you have to base, riot has some retarded ideas about jungle right now

It is known that the Riot Balance Team aren't High Elo Players. However you need keep in mind that it's very difficult to balance the game. It's Very difficult to balance out the SoloQ & Competitive at the same time.
The Balance Team doesn't really know what the current Meta problems are, they aren't talking or talking way to less with Pro Players about the issues.
It took them 6 months to realize that Kha'Zixs Ultimate was Broken as hell.

I am probably one of the few not complaining about the jungle changes since it never f*cked me, instead I really like the scuttle changes.
Feel like there is just a hype-hate-train, if you are good, win over the scuttle and keep an eye out on the map you should be fine, in fact if you take charge you can roll over the enemy jungle.

would you have hp left afterwards though, or do you recall
