The way you do it is you kite your camps and make sure you smite gromp for extra health, you also buy 3 potions instead of refillable to ensure you have max hp

Always start at blue, then do gromp -> 2 little wolves then red and you're level 3 by 3 mins

Red > 2 scuttles or Blue > 2 scuttles = lvl 3.

If you are on the blue side as a jungler you can red > small raptors > scuttle (well on noc at least you can kill the small ones just before 2 : 00 if you get a decent red leesh).

this is probably the best way to level up real quick. i was like 2 levels ahead of the enemy jungle by just getting the 2 scuttles lol. those things are op as fk.

Controlling scuttles give you a lot of gold and vision.
