Yeah Noc is good for early/mid game, I usually would go for blood razor if they have 2 tanks (insane with BC).
Also ever tried Dark Harvest Kha? That shit is scary af if you know how to play Kha (I dont but I've had people snowball in my game cause of it).

i used to do dark harvest but since i spend most of my time ganking level 3 at 2:15 i dont get to stay as much in my jungle anyway lol
