Really depends on the team you have.


If you compare by skill I think EUW is more skilled in general (no hate).
Looking at the people in my friendslist EUW would smack NA lol (only comparing the lvl 30's).
And looking at my matches, I have a harder time in EUW as in NA, mainly cause of the wicked team comps we try haha.
