I choose Ahri ^_^
Her passive gives her great lane sustain in terms of health.
She can farm entire creep waves with just her q at level 5, assuming you have a noticeable amount of ability power.
Ahri also has insane mobility with her ultimate allowing her to wreak havoc under turrets and in team fights, weaving in and out.

Talon, Heimerdinger, Karthus and Veigar suck mid
