Blue Ezreal is more of late game than a regular ADC build imo

Unless you get 10/0 >7min and already got BoRk + tear

Blue ezreal is influencial late game because of the strong poke yes but regular adc's do more damage with ie + pd. Blue ez only starts to get strong when it gets iceborn + muramane and cdr boots, pre those items he kinda sucks.
