Sure a higher cs gives more gold in Aram but it doesn't really matter cause you put more focus onto champions as creeps in Aram.
Also let's not forget the gold per minute in Aram (which is far greater as Summoners Rift), there fore just hunt for kills/assists instead of creeps.
