• Greater Mark of Desolation (8x) [+1.66 armor pen]
• Greater Seal of Alacrity (8x) [+0.76% attack speed]
• Greate Glyph of Focus (8x) [-0.65% cooldown]
• Greater Quint of Furor (2x) [+4.46% crit chance]

4 lvls to go.. might thinking about to change my Seals to Greater Seal of Furor for more crit chance, but we will see once I am lvl 30.. (probly saving up for kassadin or malphite / runes).

Well the crit book is quite expensive.
You should buy some armor atleast, having armor runes is a must to be able to lane against some.
I would only use the attack speed if I'm jungling, so you could swap that up.
Also, mana regen is really a must if you keep spamming the Q's. I don't think you should use the cooldowns, GP has decent cooldowns if you ask me.
