They have to play x amount of games and contribute to the team otherwise it's just a rank that's not earned. I'm guessing someone added him to a team that was already plat. It shows the highest rank on your friends list so if your ranked 3v3 is silver and your ranked 5v5 is bronze, it will show silver rank.Originally Posted by Brisk
