start bt . bt -> pd -> ie or lw (depending how fed you are) then then ie or lw then ga .

Get Vamp Scepter -> IE -> Stat/PD (Stat - if you want the mid game power spike/or plan on split pushing)
Or go straight for bt if you're falling behind and stuff
Don't have a fixed build for every game, look at what the enemies are building, etc
