I'll comment on that, get ready to hate me

First off, you make a guide for sivir, the AD carry. As AD carry you always face another AD carry and support at botlane, well you usually do. When going into the lane with no armor runes nor masteries, you'll find yourself getting 1 shotted easely, even versus passive enemy botlaners.

I always use +13 armor runes, and the 21-9-0 masteries, sometimes the 21-0-9 masteries.

Anyways, sivir doesn't need attack speed, you can reset your timer with skills, and your ult already greatly improves it. Sivir needs early advantages, so AD, armor pen and armor.

Your other viable items are 1 for 1 useless. and for the main build, its always situational so not really judge-able. Hope this helped you?

I kinda agree alot with slug and change mastery thing to 21/9/0 because she is one of those broken AD's who isn't picked alot and she can get countered by other ADC's so you'll need protection and you will regenerate mana with your E and you dont need ms masteries since your passive and ult gives better effect.

oh i guess those runes would work better for ashe then lol. since she has the ability to kite more :S.. Ya i switched it out with armor pen reds, flat armor yellows since that seems to be a more viable choice.
