Pretty useless, if you have 35-40% cdr your W has a very short cooldown and don't really need an iceborn (or a frozen mallet :p)
Also, Iceborn & TrinítyForce means double Sheen which is not cost-efficient.

And if you like Nasus, try him top (flash/tp or ghost/tp), he can solo carry games with those stupid Q stacks :p

Frozen heart > TrinítyForce (and later you buy a spirit visage) + masteries(+5%)/runes(+5%) = 40%
Frozen heart > Iceborn + masteries(+5%)/runes(+5%) = 40%

But TrinítyForce damage > Iceborn and since you already have a frozen heart you already have a decent amount of armor

LoLReplay or you can go to http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=YOUR_IGN_HERE
go ingame then click on 'view game' or something and then click on 'RECORD'
Site is currently down, so not sure how what is called.

Both are a good option to record, op.gg doesn't require to install anything, neither it safes records.
op.gg is imo better, LoLReplay had issues in the past with connection to your game, bug splatting and such

If LoLReplay does cause issues I suggest using BaronReplay. I use it and it works perfectly, it's what I used to record a pentakill of my own.
