If you win a draft normal you gain mmr for (draft) normal games, everything else is untouched for so far I know

MMR is related to everything. If you JUST log on and get paired with/against higher elo, but notice after you start losing games that you are being matched/against lower elo players, your MMR is going down. Draft/Blind any type of normals.

You have MMR for:

And yes, he is correct as well. There is seperate MMR for Team Builder and ARAM also.

I only play new gamemodes for icons/rewards, except for urf. Urf was fun ^^
