Every1 has been thru those phases. I've quit the game multiple times after goin on losing streaks.
I think my highest losing streak was like 14 games ish, silver 2 to silver 5.
Eventually I finally understood that the only thing that you can affect is your own performance.

If you dont feed, their team has a higher chance of getting a feeder than you (5 potential feeders > 4 potential feeders), so just think of it like that.
If you dont feed, you'll eventually climb, just basic math.

if i was zed, yasuo or viktor it still doesnt matter
i get the adc, they still cant win the fight, my highest was literally 8 in a row, 1 win then 5 more

Taint, upgrade your trinket at level 9.
That could help you with some vision (cannot tell your wards placed each game).

noted and will do, i always save gold for my items tho idk why i keep forgetting to upgrade at 9

What you do to cleany get yourself out of low elo, assuming you do have the skills to go up ranks and stay there, is play uncommon picks(off-meta) that are both strong enough to do well early and make a difference mid to late. The simple fact is that if you pick something meta, your enemies usually know what to expect from you.

i do not like playing within the meta its kind of stupid, think of it
you pick meta champions > get countered
my picks are usually lee sin, viktor, zed, talon, singed, ezreal, thresh, not all of them are within the meta if you think of it
what i basiclly do is dominate my lane and push
help other lanes get fed and leave the kills for them+push the lane
i dont jungle that much or adc, but if i jungle or adc its only lee sin and ezreal since i main both, let alone that i barely have any adc champions that i know how to play along with junglers too
