that's the point, i'm not a story writer. I had a concept going on. but as it stands now I don't feel like it's going to cut it.
therefore I wish to make a crew with a few trustworthy and serious people to group up together and make something awesome.

how you make it is up to you, if you wish to make her a futuristic mermaid so be it.
if you wish to make her human with futuristic fish equipment that's also fine. I'm completely leaving it up to you
