When I started the launcher after installing, it gave me a pop up that stated. A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program. Any help with this?

Could you take a screenshot of the error?
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, and even reinstalling, and trying the other installer or what not. It does the same thing, and I have a Vista, and before you ask. Yes I ran it as admin.

Shut down everything you can find that is running and try again.
Try something like CCleaner it can help you see what is running and disable them.

When you try to start any of the games listed in the "Applies To" section, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
A debugger has been detected: unload the debugger and try again

This issue may occur if one or more of the following conditions are true:
    - There are programs (such as an antivirus program or debugging software) that run in the background and that interfere with the game startup process.
    - Your sound card or sound card drivers are outdated.
    - The Creative Audigy sound card is installed in your computer. This sound card may conflict with the game startup process.
