Good point.

I think adding one 11 damage, non-donor shotgun at level 1 ( extra weight and delay ?) would add some balance without messing with the current donation items.

we paid for the 11 dmg shotguns becouse they are 11 dmg! and now its not fair to reduce the weapons stats and its the exactly the same if some one paid 500$ for this shotgun that you are tlaking about then suddenly they changed it to 1 dmg,1clips etc? would that be fair?

when did they say that they're reducing damage, you clearly need to read better. your argument is already false.
