My idea is;

Remove the 11s
Give 150 minimum as refund.
so we are all going to be fair with 10s
and make more than 1 kinf of 10s like add in shop ''the one we got now'' ''pionners'' ''red from v6.8'' etc.. would be nice.

Were you even here in 6.8? Every1 was raging at me about how my revs/rockets/sprays were to OP, thats why they changed them.
Now they're shit.

keep 11 dmge and change the clip and maybe the spread field (control-abbilty) then people can choose the same way like the cruelizon on ijji acted.

10 damage keep
11damage reduce clip+more delay and maybe a small refund of 50 coins or something but not to much.
