its possible but not on this server,Also your computer needs to open programs in that languag to read it aswell.
Other people can see your characters but you cant if you havent set up your pc to let programs read that specific languag font.

I think it's possible when you change your name and download a korean language package you should be able to do it, but still you will be the only one to see the korean letters
