Since she is a brunette I guess, she should just have light/dark brown eye colour. If she's blonde she should get lightblue eyes or something.

Or a mix colour, green/grey & blue. Depends on the hair colour though.

Brunette with blonde highlights? Never seen that kind of hairstyle. If she has blue with cyan highlights, you will directly notice her eye colour. Hm, I don't know. Up to you. :')
