Nowadays there's no 'fun' in this game, you still don't notice it? There will ALWAYS be someone that will ruin it for someone else. It can't always go the way you want it. You can't expect them to play 24/7 with sg's if they like sprays more. And about the CW part, it's about winning right? So Kira may use Mines/Sprays and whatsoever just so he can win.

One donator SG cost 100$, and deals 15dmg, one rifle cost 1$ and deals 666dmg/bulllet with 999/9999 bullets, and you can get tanky up to 200hp (and these full donors think they're good and ego > Kira)
