I'm not sure if its OP or not but it alters the gameplay in a negative way. People are going to camp. People are going to quit helping their teammates and instead snipe from a safe distance. As team as a whole it might work out but its simply not fun for those who are on the frontline.

The AWP in its current state is defiantly overpowered. No other gun in the game is a one shot kill. The AWP seems to be modeled after games like counter strike so you should include the negative aspects as well. Slowness aspect seems reasonable to me. I think in keeping with the trend of the weapons in gunz, the damage needs to be reduced to the point where it is a 2 shot kill which is still very powerful.
