I report because I think or suspect he's doing something unlegit.
There is no rule in who can or cannot be reported!

And don't feel sorry for reporting a second time, if you see things that are threats to fgunz, continue reporting, we won't mind.

If the person is legit he wouldn't be ban so why should he be scared or EGO.
