Sorry but i have to disagree on this one, GM's are not lazy... they host Events for the community and this takes time and effort to do, and in return you get things out of it.

And every time a GM is online there busy with other things... but in a way i do agree it doesent take less than 10 seconds to make a quick Notice to help get duel tournament more active... iv been ranked 6th and class 1 in duel tournament and it is good fun... but also the N-Steppers also ruin this at the same time.

So i agree slightly but disagree strongly with your post. (but this is just my opinion so please dont take it bad)
