Just start a Campaign like normal and choose
Open Party (Xbox Live)
(must be signed into xbox live with a gold membership)

wait so you need xbox live as in the multiplayer around the world because i have silver and isn't it aloud with more then 2 people

You need to do split screen... if its only 2 players.
