Underclocking= Dash is shortened, pbs from far are more dmg, you have a spawn lag @ start. (Depends which program the person is using) And you have floaty movement.

underclocking is making your computer run slower than possible. this does not really benefit you in any way. most people that change their CPU's speed (this is the "clock") will overclock it, so that better games can be run or the pc is faster in general.
I'm not sure how gunz underclock works but I know that there was a version with cheat engine that basicly made the game run slower. not your computer.

Well, I don't know much about this but from what I've heard uc would be modyfing your computer to give you an advantage in-game for faster movement.

Underclocking your computer would make your ULTRA GAMING COMPUTAR into a STONE AGE COMPUTAR for example. It shouldn't have any effect on gunz. Unless you think playing gunz on a slow computer is beneficial (use fpslimiter.)
