I had this once and fixed it by going to my local router adress thingy ( 192.168.1.(..)) and re-connecting.

Your IP is not banned so your firewall -or/and- anti-virus is blocking it.
Add gunz.exe and launcher.exe to the exception list.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
