Hey Freestylers,
we're happy to announce a few great changes at Freestyle GunZ.
1. New Host and Server
2. New Update
Due to much server lag and connection problems lately (random D/Cs, lag, slow downloads, etc.) we have decided to go with a new hosting company and upgrade the server. The new FGunZ host is at the same company as these forums, the support is great and the server's network is good too.
We have decided to go with the best server of the hosting company, the download speed / network of the new server is also much better than our current FGunZ host.
Here are the specs of our new Dedicated server:
- Xeon E3-1230, 4x 3.20 GHz
- 16GB RAM
- 128GB Samsung SSD + 500 GB HDD
- 1 GBit Connection
- 5TB traffic
- Windows 2008 Standard

Hehehehehe. No other GunZ server is as fast as ours.
Also, here's a list of our brand new features (update):
- Brand new custom scoreboard (for DM and TDM, with scrolling support for 64+ players) - We're the only server to have this!

- Gold members can now join full rooms
- Fixed certain issues related to the damage counter
- Fixed some bugs
- Emblems should show up properly in-game now
- All screen resolutions are now supported, except 640x480
- Increased clan player limit to 128
- Added Event Team
- Fixed Halo Map
- New "Darker" map, re-made by HellSniper
