No one answered me in the last thread and it was the same problem,i thought that the new update will fix my problems but it's not fixing anything.

I've seen this on 'official' clients such as Ijji and the old iGunZ.
The lag doesn't register the kill, nor will your kill count go up. It's to do with that player, not you or the client.

I can confirm that the server is not lagging because we were both in-game yesterday.
You were lagging and I wasn't.
You could check:
- If any firewall or anti-virus has some kind of filter/real time protection mode. This could cause lagg.
- Restart your modem/router.
- If on a wireless connection, try to play wired.
- Update VC redist, .net framework.
I don't know what's causing it so I can't suggest you a working fix.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.

And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
