Found the problem but i cant find any solutions.

Just throwing in some suggestions, not sure if you already tried it:
- Compatibility mode is turned off for both gunz.exe and launcher.exe.
- DEP is turned off.
- Your anti-virus/firewall isn't blocking it. (Take a look at this if you need help with the exceptions.)
- Running as administrator.
- Most other software on the background is turned off while starting FGunZ.
- UAC (User Account Control) is turned off.
- Set compatibility mode for gunz.exe and launcher.exe to windows xp.
- Reinstall.

Just cancel the background processes.

Task Manager > Processes tab
