As John said, Turn your shaders option on.

In the screenshot the map looks as if light map was off.

Post your video setting ingame.

However, you can try re-installing too.

Looks like your graphics card isnt supporting the vertex shader very well that gunz uses.
In the future there might be a update for that, for now all you can do is turning shader on, restarting the game.
Since that doesnt work for you ... live with it, for the moment.
