What do u mean by LDing without reload? You have to reload and especially with scroll, Reloading have to be fast because that's how it'll switch weapons faster..
BTW: Reloading with controls will take u much longer time to learn to use in battles cos when it's harder u pay more attention to the latedash and not to the battle and the aiming, That's why you should pick the easiest way to do it.
