I see other people gunz are different as in their color and stuff.
Like other people shotguns are green on their screen when to everyone else's is red .

I was wondering how could you do that ?
Also , If you can change a model of a gun to another model of another gun to make it the same stats .

I think their server made their shotguns colored like that, or the individual edited the model/color of the shotgun in the gunz files, which I don't think is aloud here.
