wall shots / late damage response (i'm not sure i said this right) / late spawn / random spikes
it's happened to a random player in duel but his ping was about 50+ and constant while i was spectating.
another guy spikes and has "late damage response" (and in fact i died from it) but his ping was normal about 70-78 constant.
