Turn your firewall completely off, and your anti virus off. Restart modem. Open ports. www.fgunz.net/faq

Be sure to double check the settings of your firewall and anti-virus.
Many users say they added gunz.exe and launcher.exe to the exception list, but they didn't do it right.
