I think it's fine where it's at. Wouldn't be the smartest idea to make it at the point where it's just lame and OP.
The 20 weight basically makes u give something else up to use the landmines, which imo is a good idea.

I don't think you should have to give up 20 WT and 15hp/ap from extreme rings to use this item.
