100%. I tried making a normal account ages ago and got bored because some dude handed me a shit tonne of money.
I'd look at some ironman guides, don't strictly follow them though. Like who the **** has time to get 99 firemaking right off the bat. But for example use the quest guide order as a reference. It'll prove useful when skipping some early levels and actually save you some time too.
Imo the best thing about this is that you can hop on or off whenever and just continue with whatever it is you were doing. I've stopped playing for weeks and just come back whenever I've had time. Ofc mobiles made it a lot more easier as well. It even brought in a bunch of new players. Like I'm pretty sure the game hit 130k players or some shit recently. That's a ****ing lot for a 20 year old point and click game.
If you make an ironman add me in-game my ign is Selador
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

4 uniques, 2 of them are duplicates. Considering there's a total of 24 uniques, I've hit the table four times and managed to roll the same thing, twice... this really had me tilted haha.
Here's the total loot with runes:
