OSRS is simply better because it doesn't hold your hand on doing everything and feels more rewarding when you hit that high skill level. RS3 really isn't bad, but the path it went through made the game way to easy. I mean people can do completionist within 8 months now. I just don't bother with RS3 that much because it's either you boss or max '-' and to some, they like it. But it just isn't for me and as well as many others (who seem to objectify it as "bad").
The only thing bad about RS3 was Jagex's "smart" idea to incorporate a shitload of microtransactions left and right. I'm all for cosmetics, but paying for EXP and items/gold FIRST PARTY just really turned me off from RS3.
