About to start a 3,167,712 exp grind on RS3, any recommendations for good monsters (I've done 68-81 on Exiled Kalphite Workers).

The exiled kalphite workers are still a good option.
You can also do:
- Glacors(requires ROTM)
- Bandos/Zamorak in the GWD(70 strenght/70 HP)
- Slayer(I know you hate it, but it's still a very good option)
- Gargoyles(requires 75 slayer)
- Waterfiends(Don't bring any tier weapon below 80, because it's not worth it if you haven't)
- Ganodermic Beasts(requires 95 slayer ;-; )
- The abyss is also a good option

You can find them in the Ancient Cavern, which requires partly completion of the Barbarian Training miniquest.
You can find them in the wilderness, there are no requirements but be aware of pk'ers.
You can find them in the Chaos Tunnels, there are no requirements but it can be crowded sometimes.
