How do I make my FPS higher IG? Mine is always 42 ig...

you could try to use the Archetype setting ingame. or you could try using a Game Booster.

1)try defragment your local disk ?
2)upgrade your graphic card ?

And what's your PC ? Windows XP ? 7 ? Vista ?

upgrade the drivers, not just the graphic card itself.
