sometimes useless programs effect fps, try deleting some stuffs on you desktop that YOU DON'T use anymore.

Try formating your laptop and running it with Ubuntu.

How do I make my FPS higher IG? Mine is always 42 ig...

Try using archetype.
The lower the resolution, the better the FPS.
Run gamebooster before you load gunz, close all other programs & browsers etc..

Check to make sure your graphics card is up to date.

Solution: archetype, download gamebooster and smartclose.exe. They close all of the un-neccesary crap on your comp. Also, try CTRL+ALT+DELETE and close exlorer.exe. U should have like 150 fps after your done.

sounds like its time to upgrade your graphics card! after a while the graphics dont seem to run as smooth as they used to... So just try upgrading your current one from a tech friendly store like Best Buy, Cons,Circuit City. (i live in the u.s so idk what stores are around you)

Yeah, if you don't have money, get some. You aren't going to quadruple your fps without a hardware upgrade.
